E. Kyle Dalton, DDS
Dr. Dalton was in private practice in Little Rock from 1988 until moving his practice to Conway in 1998. He is originally from Senath, Missouri. Dr. Dalton is married to Kay Bright Dalton, who is originally from Conway. They have two daughters, Cathey Lee and Kelsey. He earned his BS and graduated from University of Arkansas. Dr. Dalton was a member of Singa Chi fraternity, as well.
He is past president of the Arkansas State Dental Association Central District. His is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of Computerized Dentistry, and the Pierre Fauchard Honorary Dental Society.
Dr. Dalton believes that constant learning of new procedures and technologies allows him to offer patients the best care possible. That's why he takes 100+ hours of continuing education each year, even though the state requires only 20 hours.
Recently Dr. Dalton achieved fellowship status with the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is working toward his mastership. LVI is the world's premier postgraduate dental education facility. The institution offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes programs on advanced aesthetics, occlusion/neuromuscular dentistry, management, and a comprehensive approach to dentistry. Along with learning clinical skills, LVI dentists learn management principles that propel them toward the type of practice or laboratory they have dreamed about. LVI is dedicated to delivering the finest postgraduate education for dentists and dental teams.
In addition, Dr. Dalton is a member of ICCMO, International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics. He is also certified in PPM, Pure Power Mouthguard, a revolutionary athletic oral appliance that increases strength, balance, endurance, and performance.
Dr. Dalton holds membership with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. The AACD is dedicated to advancing the art and science of cosmetic dentistry and encouraging the highest standards of ethical conduct and responsible patient care. He is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Meet the Hygienist
Peggy McKaskle, RDH
Peggy is a registered dental hygienist with a bachelor's degree and 30 years of experience. She has worked with Dr. Dalton for 13 years, and she thoroughly enjoys our team and our patients. Peggy also appreciates the innovative technology we use and our commitment to continuing education.
When she isn't working with our patients, Peggy enjoys watching Razorback football and Travelers baseball. She's involved in a literacy program for children known as the Bookcase Project. Peggy and her husband, Sam, have four children. Peggy says that being a mom is her greatest God-given reward.
Meet the Assistants
Karrie Kennedy, Dental Assistant
With more than a decade of experience working with dental patients, Karrie has brought knowledege and joy to Dr. Dalton's clinical procedures for the past seven years. She graduated from Pulaski Tech College in 1997, then entered dentistry as a chairside assistant. Karrie loves the people and personalities that make up our team. Working with a state-of-the-art dental practice keeps her energized about her profession. She finds it personally rewarding to give every person she meets a good reason to share a smile!
After hours, Karrie likes to enjoy outdoor activities, attend sporting events, and go golfing.
Holly Vaughn, Dental Assistant
Holly graduated from ASU where she earned her dental assistant certification and an associate's degree. She has been in dentistry for five years and with Dr. Dalton for just under two. Holly appreciates the synergy between members of our team and Dr. Dalton. She sees how working together well every day provides the best experience and service to our patients. Holly loves being a dental assistant because every day, she has the opportunity to give people beautiful smiles.
On weekends, Holly, her daughter, and her son spend time at the lake to relax and enjoy one another's company.

Jennifer Baxley, Patient Account Representative
Jennifer has worked with Dalton Designer Smiles for eight years. She thoroughly enjoys learning about new dental treatments and implementing the latest technology into our practice for the benefit of our patients. Jennifer likes interacting with people, making them comfortable, and showing just how much we care about them.
Jennifer is a mother of two and grandmother of three. She spends her free time reading, going to movies, and enjoying the outdoors while fishing and camping. She also likes to draw and paint, and she's won many first-place awards for her artwork.
Heather Bratcher, Marketing & New Patient Coordinator
Heather was an art director for eight years, and she joined our team a few years ago. She earned her BFA at ASU and is working toward her master's in fine arts at UALR. Heather has a hearty appreciation for the down-to-earth attitude in our office. She believes Dalton Designer Smiles stands out from other dental centers because we provide services that many dentists do not. Her greatest joy at work is changing lives through dental care.
Heather and her husband have a daughter and a son who keep them very busy after working hours. In her free time, Heather likes reading, camping, drawing, and painting with watercolors.
Carlene Hatcher, Front Office Coordinator
Carlene has only recently joined Dalton Designer Smiles, but she has 22 years of experience in dentistry. She loves being a part of a team that is committed to excellence.
Carlene earned a B.A. in History from UALR in 2008, and in her free time, she especially enjoys reading and cooking. She is a mother of four and "nana" to six grandchildren.
