E. Kyle Dalton, DDS

Dr. Dalton was in private practice in Little Rock from 1988 until moving his practice to Conway in 1998. He is originally from Senath, Missouri. Dr. Dalton is married to Kay Bright Dalton, who is originally from Conway. They have two daughters, Cathey Lee and Kelsey. He earned his BS and graduated from University of Arkansas. Dr. Dalton was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity, as well.

He is past president of the Arkansas State Dental Association Central District. His is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of Computerized Dentistry, and the Pierre Fauchard Honorary Dental Society.

Dr. Dalton believes that constant learning of new procedures and technologies allows him to offer patients the best care possible. That's why he takes 100+ hours of continuing education each year, even though the state requires only 20 hours.

Recently Dr. Dalton achieved fellowship status with the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is working toward his mastership. LVI is the world's premier postgraduate dental education facility. The institution offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes programs on advanced aesthetics, occlusion/neuromuscular dentistry, management, and a comprehensive approach to dentistry. Along with learning clinical skills, LVI dentists learn management principles that propel them toward the type of practice or laboratory they have dreamed about. LVI is dedicated to delivering the finest postgraduate education for dentists and dental teams.

In addition, Dr. Dalton is a member of ICCMO, International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics. He is also certified in PPM, Pure Power Mouthguard, a revolutionary athletic oral appliance that increases strength, balance, endurance, and performance.

Dr. Dalton holds membership with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. The AACD is dedicated to advancing the art and science of cosmetic dentistry and encouraging the highest standards of ethical conduct and responsible patient care. He is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Rachael Rodriguez-Dentist

Dr. Rachael is a native Arkansan from Forrest City. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville for her undergraduate studies where she majored in kinesiology. From there, Dr. Rodriguez attended Indiana University School of Dentistry where she completed her DDS in 2208. She has been practicing dentistry for three years, thus gaining experience in the field for which she has such a great passion. Professionally, she is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and Delta Sigma Delta International Dental Fraternity. Dr. Rodriguez is very excited to join Dalton Designer Smiles and looks forward to establishing long-term professional relationship with her patients. She is enthusiastic about expanding her dental knowledge and staying current with dental technologies.

When Dr. Rodriguez is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys attending Arkansas Razorback sporting events. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and attending social events.

Meet the Hygienists!

Maris Nabholz-RDH

Marisa is a new hygienist at our practice. Marisa chose dental hygiene as a second career choice and has never looked back. She has a B.A in Communication from ULM and went back in dental hygiene in 2003 while living in Tulsa, where she obtained her associates degree in dental hygiene. She loves being a dental hygienist and thoroughly enjoys coming to work and meeting new patients. She likes the wide variety of services that Dalton Designer Smiles is able to offer their patients.

Maris works part-time, because when she isn’t at work she is home with her three children and her husband, Jake. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her friends and family.

Danielle Higgins-RDH

Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences School of Dental Hygiene in May, 2011. She received an Associate of Art Degree from Central Baptist College in May, 2009. Danielle has worked with Dr. Dalton since May, 2011 and is excited to be a part of this fast-paced, progressive dental office. She looks forward to establishing long-term relationships with patients as well as the wonderful staff at Dalton Designer Smiles.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and participating in church activities. She and her husband, Matt, live in Conway with their dog, Cooper.

Tammy Johnson, Registered Dental Assistant

Danielle Doty-RDA

Danielle joined our team at Dalton Designer Smiles in 2011. She enjoys interacting with patients and doing everything she can to ensure they are happy with their smile. She loves working at Dalton Designer Smiles because of the advanced technology, the amazing staff and the continuing of training and education. She loves how the atmosphere in the office is so laid back and relaxed and like no other.

Danielle is a mother of two children, a girl and a boy. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and being involved with her daughters’ dance activities. She also loves teaching her 1 year old son new thing every day.

Michelle Johnston, RDA

Michelle Johnston has worked with Dalton Designer Smiles since February of 2011. She enjoys working with the patients to improve their smiles. She loves learning new treatments to better the office. She loves working at Dalton Designer Smiles because they have the newest technology and great training. It is like no other dental office.

Michelle is a mother of two little boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching football, baking and gardening. She also loves animals.

Meet the Office Staff

Heather Bratcher-Office Manager, Marketing Director, New Patient Coordinator

Heather has a BFA in Graphic Design and worked as an Art Director for 8 years before joining Dalton Designer Smiles in 2007. She loves the staff at Dalton Designer Smiles and the upbeat and laid back atmosphere. Dr. Dalton stays on the cutting edge of new technology and is always learning new things that benefit his patients.

Heather is the mother of two beautiful children and has been married to a wonderful husband for 10 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, doing pencil drawing and watercolors.

Jennifer Baxley-Front Office

Jennifer has worked for Dalton Designer Smiles for over 10 years. Dr. Dalton is always learning about new dental treatment and implementing the latest technology into the practice for the benefit of our patients. This makes Jennifer’s job very rewarding and challenging. She likes interacting with the patients, making them comfortable and showing just how much we care about them.

Jennifer is the mother of two and grandmother of three. She spends her free time reading, traveling, going to movies and enjoying the outdoors.

Carlene Hatcher, Front Office Coordinator

Carlene has only recently joined Dalton Designer Smiles, but she has 22 years of experience in dentistry. She loves being a part of a team that is committed to excellence.

Carlene earned a B.A. in History from UALR in 2008, and in her free time, she especially enjoys reading and cooking. She is a mother of four and "nana" to six grandchildren.

Cindy Thompson-Hygiene Coordinator

Cindy has worked in childcare for the last 18 years and has decided to try something new. She has recently joined Dalton Designer Smiles and is very excited to be a part of our team, as well as learn the dentistry field. She has already started building relationships with our fabulous patients and is a pleasure to be around.

Cindy loves to read, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and her two boys.
