Dental lasers have revolutionized dental surgery. Dr. Dalton uses a soft-tissue laser for minimally invasive procedures. These include but are not limited to:

LASER is an acronym for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation. A diode laser, which is what we use on soft oral tissues, replaces traditional surgery. This means no scalpel is required for removing tissue, and no stitches (sutures) are necessary to seal the incision. As a laser precisely trims away soft tissue, it seals the tissue. Most patients recover significantly faster after laser surgery than after traditional surgery. Trauma and bleeding are minimal.
